A flaming red Ferrari F430 melted last Friday in a Hooters parking lot in the 2200 block of Northwest 19th Street in Boca Raton, Florida. The car ignited around 3 PM and according to people nearby this happened out of nowhere as the car was sitting in the parking lot for around 15 minutes.
A Hooters waitress observed a small flame coming from the F430's rear, according to eyewitness Robert Hobson who said at first the "owner didn't look too concerned, in fact he was almost laughing at the situation!!!”
Since there wasn’t anybody inside the car, there were no injuries reported but the state fire marshal will conduct an investigation to find out why this happened.
