标致公司与伊朗的合作方式是由标致向伊朗出口成套散件（CKD），再由伊朗整车企业霍德罗(Iran Khodro)公司组装出售。 伊朗市场销售的标致206共有两种车型: Peugeot 206和Peugeot 206 sd（三厢），于1998年引进入伊朗，法国标致汽车公司于2012年3月初停止向伊朗出口汽车成套散件。
伊朗的标致206动力与东标一样 1.4和1.6两种，变速箱也与东标一样ma5 al4

Equipped from its launch with a proven mechanical specification including engines, transmissions and suspension but, adapted to the different markets in which it will be sold, the new 206 is also generous in terms of convenience and safety equipment.
Peugeot 206 has been one of the world's best-sellers since its first appearance in 1997 because of its dynamics, maneuverability, looks, and ergonomics. 
The state-of-the-art engines are fuel-efficient enough to give the car a high range and low emissions even in difficult situations. A 1.6-litre, 16-valve engine is also available, delivering 110 hp to the front wheels. 4-speed automatic transmission with manual control is available for the top version. 
Standard equipment include air conditioning, power steering, front power windows, remote-controlled central locking, radio cassette player, front headrests, and fog lights, high-mounted stop lamp, metallic paintwork, and foldable rear seats.
Anti-lock brakes, dual front airbags, alloy wheels, power side view mirrors, adjustable front headlights, tilt-adjustable steering wheel, and CD player are optional equipment you can order.
