Famous Parts, German tuning house based in Ratingen,has introduced their latest project based on the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster.

The SLR has undergone a subtle treatment and has been fitted with a KW adjustable suspension and ADV.1 5.2 MV2 SL wheelsin size 20- / 21-inch front/back respectively and finished in brushed silver.

Famous Parts has intention of going further with the customization by installing, next year, a bespoke titanium exhaust system as well as an electronic damper control system.

The stock Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren Roadster is powered by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 engine which produces 626 hp (460 kW) and 780 Nm (575 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to a five-speed transmission, and the combination enables the SLR to accelerate 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.8 seconds , before hitting a top speed of 332 km/h (206 mph).
